Texts, calls, and emails sent through your CRM’s follow-up workflows are included in your monthly price. No separate usage bill.

What is included in $499/month?
A professionally designed website with mobile-friendly layouts, copywriting, contact forms, hosting, analytics, and basic SEO setup. It also includes a CRM configured for your business: a lead pipeline, conversation tracking, new-lead acknowledgment, missed-call text-back, estimate follow-up, and review requests. We handle the initial configuration, walk your team through it, and provide ongoing support within the agreed scope.
Is there a setup fee?
We will confirm any setup costs on your call, before you sign anything.
What is the initial commitment?
The Website + CRM package has a 12-month initial commitment. We walk you through the full terms on your call.
What happens after 12 months?
You can continue your website and CRM with Icepick, or take your website and move hosting and software to providers you choose. We will review your options with you before the first year ends.
Can I take my website?
Yes. After 12 paid months, you can take your website with no ownership buyout. Keeping it online still requires hosting, either with Icepick or a provider you choose.
What happens if I leave before 12 months?
Early cancellation terms are set out in your agreement. We will walk you through them on your call before you commit.
Can I keep my CRM account and customer data?
Your customer data stays under your control. If you leave, we offer a supported transfer of the CRM account or a defined export of your contacts and records. Some automations and settings may not carry over to a different platform.
Are phone, SMS, and email charges included?
Yes. Phone, text, and email usage for your follow-up workflows is included in your $499/month. There is no separate usage bill.
Is SEO included?
