Why shouldn’t I just hire a web team in house?

Great question! For starters, the annual cost of a full-time senior-level designer or developer now exceeds $100,000, plus benefits (and good luck finding one available).

With our monthly plan, you can pause and resume your subscription as often as you need to ensure you’re only paying us when you have work that needs to be done.

Is there a limit to how many requests I can have?

However, there is a limit to how much work we can do at once. A typical request can take up to 2-3 days to get completed. More complex requests may take longer.

How will we communicate with you?

Communication is key which is why we offer a variety of communication channels depending on the package you choose. For those who opt for a retainer package and have a premium Slack account, we can provide access to a Slack Connect channel for support questions and general discussions.

For task-related requests, we have a user-friendly dashboard where you can provide us with detailed instructions and monitor the progress of the work.

What technology do you work with?

We specialize in using a variety of technologies to create custom, responsive and user-friendly websites. Our design team primarily works with Figma to create visually appealing and highly functional designs. On the development side, we work with WordPress, WooCommerce, Shopify, Vue.js and Laravel.

What does the turnaround time look like?

Our turnaround time varies based on the project but most tasks are completed within 2-3 days. We will give you an estimate on time when you’ve submitted your task so you have an idea of when it will be finished.

What if I’m unhappy with the work?

We will keep revising our designs until you are 100% satisfied!

Do you offer hosting and maintenance services?

Can you help with SEO and digital marketing?

We do not offer SEO or marketing services but can introduce you to our partners if you’re interested!

Are there any refunds if we’re unhappy with the service?

Due to the high quality nature of the work, there will be no refunds issued.
